My Dye Free Beauty Amazon Finds

Where my Amazon peeps at?! Today, I’m sharing my top dye free Amazon beauty and makeup favorites!

If you haven't heard - a growing body of research and evidence show sensitivities/allergies to additives in foods like synthetic dyes can lead to an array of neurologic symptoms such as increased anxiety, aggression, hyperactivity, and can pose a negative impact on overall cognitive and physical health.

When I started reading the labels on my beauty products, I was shook! Synthetic dyes were in many products I used daily. Most of which I thought were "cleaner" brands. Since then, I've spent the last year replacing old products with dye free beauty products both on amazon and other storefronts.

This is what I've learned: 1. Dye free beauty doesn't have to break the bank. 2. You always have to read the label before you buy. (If you're new to this, just look for a color + number. ie: red 40) Some of the dye free beauty products on this blog are 100% organic, others are simply safer dye free swaps. TIP: Organic products are always dye free as dyes are synthetically made.
